Shipping & Returns


We work with numerous shipping providers, this varies based on the selected shipping (standard, expedited or express) and the weight of the product(s) ordered. Our shipping providers include Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD and Hermes.

Our dispatch times vary from product to product, the dispatch time for each product is clearly displayed within the product description. Selecting expedited or express shipping will not decrease the dispatch time of your order, it will only decrease the time it takes for the item to be delivered to you once it is dispatched by ourselves.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

If you wish to return a product after receiving it you have 14 days to return the product to us.

If your item is delivered with damage you are required to report this to us within 5 working days to be eligible for a refund or exchange. It is important you do not attempt to install a product that arrived damaged. Any signs of attempted installation will result in the return or exchange being denied.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. We estimated refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
