Do you offer fitting?

Yes, we offer fitting for most of our products at our unit in Warrington. Please contact us here if you would like to enquire about having a part fitted. Our address is: Unit 5, Bridge Foot Industrial Estate, Old Road, Warrington, WA4 1AY (view here)


Are your carbon fibre items, real carbon fibre?

Yes. All of the products listed on our website that are marked as carbon fibre, are made with real carbon fibre. We do not offer any carbon effect, or hydro dipped products. Not all of our carbon fibre products are fully made with carbon fibre, some products may have a skin of carbon fibre on top of ABS - this allows us to offer affordable parts whilst maintaining the lovely look that we all love.


Do you provide a warranty?

All of the products we sell are backed by a minimum of 6 months warranty, against defects due to the manufacturing. Defective parts will be exchanged for new parts. Please note that we are unable to exchange parts under the warranty if they are damaged or unwanted. 


My order arrived damaged. What do I need to do?

If your order arrives damaged or if it's not as described (i.e. wrong part, or missing parts) please contact us here as soon as possible. We will be more than happy to resolve the issue and get new parts sent out straight away.
